Our Policy

Every Still Smirking item is printed on demand, specifically for you. That means no warehoused stock, no waste — and a slightly different returns process than a typical shop.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we'll make it right.

Email us at hello@stillsmirking.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to return the item.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for size or preference reasons. Please check the size guide before ordering.

If you're unsure which size to pick, email us before ordering — we're happy to help.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. However, because our products are custom-manufactured to individual specifications (print-on-demand), the right of withdrawal is excluded per Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective goods.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
