Every item is made to order by our print partner Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

Delivery times include production. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to keep it reasonable.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@stillsmirking.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for size issues or change of mind. Please check our size guide before ordering.

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us — we'll do our best to help.

EU Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. However, because our products are custom-made to your specifications (printed on demand), the right of withdrawal does not apply per Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.
