Production Time

Every item is made to order by our print partner Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

Delivery times include production. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to keep it reasonable.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@stillsmirking.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind

We recommend checking our size guide before ordering, since made-to-order items can't be restocked or exchanged for a different size. That said, you're still covered by your legal right of withdrawal within 14 days — see “EU Right of Withdrawal” below.

EU Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This applies to our products — printing a design on demand does not remove this right, since the design is not personalized to you individually. Until the dedicated withdrawal page is published, please use our Contact page for full instructions and to exercise your withdrawal right.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.
